Experienced operators

With a large group of earthmoving contractors on our books, we are able to cope with whatever challenges our customers present to us. Our highly skilled team of plant operators are all inducted with White Cards (General WHS induction Construction) and comply with the WHS Act 2012. Many of our customers request particular operators when booking. When booking a machine if you ask for a certain operator we will try and meet your request.

Our excavators range in size from 1 through to 30 tonnes with the capacity to cope with the smallest to the very largest excavation jobs. Restrictive access is not an issue with our range of narrow machines and we can also provide a range of attachments too. We have an attachment for virtually every task including sieving buckets, grabs, rock breakers, rock grinders, rock saws compactor plates, compactor wheels and rippers.

Once you have cleared your site or completed your excavation, you will need to take the surplus material off site. The Ken Coles team has all that covered with our versatile range of tippers including a 3 tonne Daihatsu and single axle 6-8 tonners right through to 12 and even 24 tonne capacity with our bogie and trailer.

If you are looking for a grader, we have just what you need. Our small, medium or large graders (7 to 18 tonne) will get the job done, especially with our fully skilled grader operators at the controls.

Our range of backhoes is available with rock hammers and augers for those demanding excavation works. If you are looking for versatile machinery that is operated by experts, our machinery will take the backbreaking work out of even the most challenging earthworks.

With a wide range of available attachments including sweepers, augers pallet forks, profilers, levelling bars and 4 in 1 buckets, there is virtually nothing that the Skidsteer loader can’t handle.

Onsite water is an everyday essentiality and we have you covered with our small and large water carts. These units are fitted with all of the necessary equipment required to deliver your water to exactly where you need it.

Our large machines will get the job done, especially with our fully skilled operators at the controls.

Our wheel loaders are highly manoeuvrable, powerful, and are designed to load large quantities without overbalancing. They offer clients an efficient and cost effective loading solution for a diverse range of applications.

Our versatile range of Track loaders are both agile and powerful making them especially suited to sandy and muddy conditions.

Two types of Drotts (Crawler Loaders) are currently available for hire with operators. Clients can choose from either the CAT 931 (8 tonne ) or Cat 939 (11 tonne), dependent upon your earthmoving requirements.

We have Telehandlers ranging from the small 6 metre reach to the large 17 metre reach. Lifting capacity ranges from 2.5 Tonne to 4 Tonnes. These units are great for lifting/moving pallets of bricks or blocks or where extended reach is required. The vehicles are all - terrain.
